swim workout 2/21

This is what we did tonight

Warm up
300 free

Main Set:
500 free, sprint race pace
400 free with IM order every 100
300 free with Tarzan drill every 100
200 free descend on 3:30
100 Tennessee Tumble
500 free, do not push off walls

8 x 25 sprints, start in middle of lane @:35
2 x 100 sight drill
2 x 100: 50 free then 50 skull
100 cool down

Total: 3000 yards!
